Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is committed to educating the younger generation. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of many online articles and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
